A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to January 19, 2023, and a 50% fee on refunds requested from January 20, 2023 through February 16, 2023. No refunds will be made after February 16, 2023. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.

In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
